Features
There are multiple ways to use this tool:
Open and login into your Seller Central account, then go to Inventory > Manage FBA Shipments > click the extension icon.
In the FBA Icon, you will see the history of all received packages and order related to your account.
If you notice anything that doesn't seem to be in the Received column (where all the order's status is listed), you will be able to request an investigation from Amazon.
To begin, click on the icon in the red.
